We are sending you this link to assist you with after hours access on our property as we are a gated facility. We have put together a video and instructions to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible when you arrive at our location.
PLEASE NOTE YOU CANNOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE ON OUR PROPERTY DURING THE DAY OR AFTER HOURS FOR INSURANCE REASONS. PLEASE MAKE ARRANGMENTS FOR SOMEONE TO DROP YOU OFF AND PICK YOU UP.

This is a step by step guide on accessing our property, locating your equipment, exiting the property, and returning your rental:
Accessing our property
Step 1) Arrive at keypad at our property
Step 2) Enter temporary key (we send this to you beforehand in a text) and hit #
Step 3) Wait for gate to open fully then move through the gate onto the property
Locating your rental equipment
Step 1) Once through the gate you can locate your equipment you will be renting online or through the uhaul app
Step 2) Find your equipment number by looking for the truck number in the top right of cab of the truck (when looking at the front of the vehicle)
Step 3) Go to the entrance of the driveway and you will see three black lockboxes at the right of the drive
Step 4) Your uhaul app or online will tell you what lock box has your equipment key in it
Step 5) Spin the combo on the padlock to make the word uhaul prompted you with
Step 6) Pull small lever on the padlock down once you have lined the word up to open padlock
Step 7) Pull black door on the lockbox to open lockbox to access the key
Step 8) Push black door shut after getting key and do the opposite procedure to lock the padlock on the lockbox.
Exiting the property
Step 1) Make sure you have all equipment and other driver is ready to exit the property.
Step 2) Drive up to the gate and the gate will sense your vehicle and open automatically.
If you go too slow towards the gate or have a small vehicle sometimes the gate wont sense the vehicle (very rare). If this happens walk around the right of the gate and enter the pin again to exit the property
If Returning Your Equipment To Us
Step 1 ) Arrive at our property and park in front of the gate
Step 2) Follow the uhaul app or online for drop-off/return procedures
Step 3) Make sure uhaul truck is clean and free of debris, make sure fuel level is the same as you started, make sure you have all belongings before locking the doors and dropping the key in the lockbox.
Step 4) Once you get to the step to drop off the key you can put the key in the orange after hours drop off box next to the key pad and you are done
